HoverHealth is a browser attachment. While you are enrolling, hover over a term like coinsurance or highlight a sentence from the Summary of Benefits, and a plain-English explanation appears right on the page.

Install in five steps

  1. 01Download and unzip the folder.
  2. 02Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Arc.
  3. 03Turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner.
  4. 04Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
  5. 05Go to your enrollment portal and hover or highlight any term.

HoverHealth reads the page you are already on, so it works on any enrollment site, benefits summary, or plan document opened in your browser. These are the places people use it most.
